lv2-examples software package provides LV2 audio plugin specification (example plugins), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lv2-examples
lv2-examples is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lv2-examples package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lv2-examples *
You will get with lv2-examples package name, version, architecture and description in a table
